Pe has been great! I really believe I have increased my fitness! I've made workout plans to follow based off the ones we do in PE. I am really improving in my strength. I believe I demostarate good leadership qualities in our PE class and also bring in positive energy. When I come to PE class I like to set goals for myself to try my best. Outside of class, I am on a soccer team which keeps me occupied 3 times a week. I try everyday to have a minimum of 1 hour of exercise. Overall I think everything is going well but there's always room for improvement. I hope to have a great remainder of the semester!
